Locate an Inspection
In order to review the inspection, you will need to locate it within the Dashboard. The following attributes can be used to search within the Vision Dashboard:
- User's name
- Reference Number
- Phone Number (if added to the Request)
- Email Address (if added to the Request)
- Filter by Agent Assigned and Review the listing for the correct inspection
Review Photos
Click on the Inspection you want to review, and view the Inspection Details Page:
You can review the responses and photos that have been uploaded by the customer in the far right pane, titled Responses:
Click on each photo for more details.
If you need to manually override a photo's classification, this can be done by:
- Clicking on the specific photo
- Scrolling down the page to the Results Analysis
- Selecting the Dropdown Menu next to Image Analysis
- Choosing the desired option
- You will notice that the Verification Results at the top of the page will display a Blue Dot over the new result to depict a manual change has been made.
