If you would like to send a Reminder Message to the Inspection Request recipient, this can be done directly from the Inspection Details page.

In the Inspection Details page, click the Inspection Actions menu, then "Send Reminder" to send the manual reminder.
Once "Send Reminder" is clicked, the Send a Photo Upload Reminder screen will appear. You are able to add a Custom Note to your reminder, if you wish, or change the send method, then hit "Send Inspection".
Old Experience
Once on the Inspection Details page, select three dot menu button to open the drop down and select Send Reminder
This will open the Reminder Form. You may also update the phone number, email address, or included list, or add any of these, here if necessary.
Select Send Request. This will send the Reminder Message to the customer to complete the inspection.
