The customer will receive a smart link which they will need to use in order to access the Truepic Vision app. If changes are made to the list, or the inspection is closed and reopened, they will receive a new link.
Previously, the old link would no longer work once a new smartlink was generated. Now, the customer should be able to access the Request with the previous link or with the new link. They will be presented with any new updates to the inspection request using any smartlink to the inspection.
If a user experiences issues and is using an older link, having them use a newer link may resolve that issue.
