Truepic recently introduced a new user experience in the Vision Dashboard. This redesign of the Inspection Details page allows more information to be viewed, streamlining the dashboard experience. The new experience is available on a company level, so if you do not have access to it yet, please reach out to your Vision Dashboard administrator to see if they have asked your Customer Success Manager to enable it for your company.
We understand that you may have questions about the new look, so please find below a tour of the new Inspection Details page:
If you need to toggle between the new experience and the old experience, you are able to do so by:
1. Clicking the person icon in the bottom left of the dashboard
2. Toggling between "new experience" and "old experience"
