TABLE OF CONTENTS

Closed Requests

Once a Request has been closed, there is no way within the system to reopen it.

Truepic Support is also unable to reopen a closed Request, so please be sure that you are ready for the Request to be closed when selecting that option.

Truepic Vision App Users are unable to make any changes to a closed Request, and are unable to view the Request within the Truepic Vision App using the original link.

If you still need more photos/videos from your customer and have already closed the Request, you will need to create a new Request for your customer so they can submit photos.

This will create a new Request link. They will receive a new SMS/Email message which, once clicked, will enable them to access the new Request.

Canceled Requests: New Experience

A canceled request can be reopened by selecting the Inspection Actions menu in the top left corner of the Inspection Details page, then clicking Reopen Inspection.

The Reopen option is only available to Requests that were canceled. A gray text box will appear beside the Inspection Actions menu to show the status of Canceled.

Canceled Requests: Old Experience

A canceled request can be reopened by selecting the Reopen button in the top right corner of the Inspection Details page.

The Reopen option is only available to Requests that were canceled. A gray text box will appear on the List to show the status of Canceled.

A screenshot of the Inspection Details screen in the Vision Dashboard is shown. In the middle pane, there is a grey box listing the status as Canceled. In the top righthand corner of the screen, there is a blue button labeled "Reopen".
