How to Close a Request

Note: Once a Request is closed, there is no way within the system to reopen it. Review our article here for more information: Can I Reopen a Closed/Canceled Request?


After you have reviewed all the photos and are satisfied that you have all the information that you need, select the Close button in the top-right hand corner on the Inspection Details page.

New Experience:

From the Inspection Details page, select the Inspection Actions menu, then Close Inspection


A pop-up warning and second confirmation will appear to ensure you are ready to close the request. As a reminder, if you close a request, there is no way to reopen it, so please be sure when choosing this. You will be presented with a confirmation screen; select Close Inspection if you're ready to do so.





Old Experience:

From the Inspection Details page, select the Close button
