If you need to add a new user to the Vision Dashboard, you can follow the steps below:

Step-by-Step Guide:

If you are a Vision Dashboard Administrator, select the Gear Icon in the lower left-hand corner.

From there, select there, select Users under "Manage Account".

You will then see a listing of the users. Select the NEW USER in the upper-right hand corner.

You will then be able to add the user's first name, last name, and email address. You can also select the role they will have within the Vision Dashboard.

Roles can be altered.
Administrator: this role allows the user to edit lists, edit other users, see reports, edit message templates, etc. Administrators are still constrained to only seeing inspections for teams they're assigned.

Member - Reports: this role allows the user to see and utilize the Reports tab

Member - All Inspections: this role allows users to see and edit all inspections for teams they're assigned

Member - Own Inspections: this role allows users to see and edit only the inspections they've created

View Only: this role only allows users to view inspections for teams they're assigned; they cannot create them

Select the team(s) you want the user to be assigned to in the dashboard by clicking +Add Teams, selecting the team(s), then clicking Done.

Once you have completed this form, hit Save at the bottom.

Now that the account has been created, the user will receive an email inviting them to create their password.

If you need to make an edit to the user account, you can do so by searching for their name or email address, then hovering over their name.

The Edit option will appear. Select it to update the user's name, email address, role, or teams.

The Remove User Option will also appear. Selecting this will deactivate the user's account, and they will no longer be able to use the Vision Dashboard.

Note: A deactivated account can be reactivated by hovering over the deactivated user's account and selecting Restore User.
