Introduction
Reporting is built into the Vision Dashboard. It is available for members with Administrator or Agent - Reports role access to the Vision Dashboard. This section can be found by clicking the graph icon on the lefthand sidebar inside the Dashboard.
There are 4 default reports built into the Dashboard: Billable Inspections, Inspection Report, Image Report, and Agent Activity. All should be visible in their respective tabs when clicking into the Report section of the Dashboard.
Billable Inspections
- Shows how many inspections were billable over a period of time
- Available Controls: Start Date, End Date, Teams, Agents
- Changing the Start Date and End Date will help you select the period of time you want to assess
- Choosing which Teams and/or Agents you want to selectively look at will further filter the data
Inspection Report
- Shows details on all inspections within a specified timeframe
- It provides information on the recipient, as well as statistics on a number of items related to the inspection.
- Controls: Start Date, End Date, Teams, Agents
- Changing the Start Date and End Date will help you select the period of time you want to assess
- Choosing which Teams and/or Agents you want to selectively look at will filter the data
Image Report
- Shows sum of all images captured, as well as sum of all billable events; also includes metadata for all images
- Controls: Start Date, End Date, Event ID, Teams, Agents, Is Deleted (Yes/No/Select All)
- Changing the Start Date and End Date will help you select the period of time you want to assess
- Choosing which Teams and/or Agents you want to selectively look at will filter the data
- Is Deleted will help filter out deleted images, if relevant to your desired reporting
Agent Activity
- Shows information on how many inspections each agent or team has created, as well as the last date/time they created an inspection
- Controls: Start Date, End Date, Teams, Agents
- Changing the Start Date and End Date will help you select the period of time you want to assess
- Choosing which Teams and/or Agents you want to selectively look at will filter the data
