How To Add A Custom Note to a Request

You can add a custom Note to the message that you will be sending to the inspection recipient.


To do so, follow these steps in either the initial New Inspection Request screen (for new inspections) or the Request More screen (for existing inspections):


  1. Clicking on the Message tab next to List
  2. Click on the Add Custom Note button; Custom Notes have a character limit of 255 characters, including spaces.
  3. Enter the text that you wish to add in the box
  4. Click on Save Note when done.


A screenshot of the Request Additional Photos screen is shown. There are fields for adding or updating a mobile number and adding or updating an email address. There are checkboxes to send text or send email, beside a blue send request button. On the righthand pane, the Message tab is open, and shows a message typed in the text box, along with a Cancel button or Save Note button.
