Groups are a way to sort List questions into related items. This can enable both Dashboard members and end users to be able to easily understand what list questions are referring to, and improve ease of use on both ends of the inspection. Here is a video on how to create groups in a Vision Dashboard List:
From the Manage List page in the Vision Dashboard:
1. Click the New Group button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
2. A new group is created, called New Group. This title can (and should) be edited to reflect the group's subject.
3. Questions can be added under the group like normal
To move groups around, hold and drag the 6 dots to the left of the group heading to where they should be in the list.
