What are the Character Limits in the Vision Dashboard?

There are different character limits for different items in the Vision Dashboard. They are as follows:

1. Message templates: All are 1682 characters (including spaces)

2. Text messages (sent from dashboard): 320 characters

3. The following all have a limit of 255 characters:

   1. Unique IDs

   2. List items: some previous list items may exceed this limit, as it was changed. Newly created list items must adhere to the 255 character limit.

   3. Custom Note

   4. "add inspection note to request" in timeline

   5. Customer Note

   6. Internal Note
