Why Can I Not Login to the Vision Dashboard?

Bookmark the Vision Dashboard


If you are having trouble logging in to Vision after having created your password, please make sure that you enter vision.truepic.com in to the address bar without any trailing letters or numbers.

  • Sometimes when the URL is added as a Bookmark, it is saved with the trailing letters and numbers that are unique for that login session. Revisiting that particular URL will not work, so you need to change the address of the Bookmark to vision.truepic.com.

If you are using Chrome:
  • On your computer, open Chrome.
  • At the top right, click More (the three stacked dots).
  • Click Bookmarks and Lists Bookmark Manager.
  • Point to the bookmark you want to edit.
  • To the right of the bookmark, click the More.
  • Click Edit.
  • Edit the web address of your bookmark to vision.truepic.com.
   


If you are using Edge:
  1. On your computer, open Microsoft Edge.
  2. On the Favorites bar, right click (Ctrl+Click on a Mac) the Vision bookmark, and select Edit.
  3. Change the URL to vision.truepic.com.


Forgot your Password?


If you would like to set up or reset your password, please go to vision.truepic.com (copy and paste this link into the browser address bar without any trailing characters or spaces) and click on the "Don't remember your password?" link and follow the instructions. 


You will then receive an email which will enable you to reset your password. 


Please be sure to also check your Spam/Junk folder if you do not immediately see the automated message.
